Your Key Responsibilities

* Implement individualised family support plans under the direction of a Service Coordinator, addressing a range of behavioral, psychosocial, and safety needs.

* Provide hands-on support for each family, including regular face-to-face sessions focused on behavior management, trauma recovery, and parenting skill development.
">
* Foster family connections to specialised services and essential resources such as healthcare, housing, and education.
">
* Monitor family progress and maintain detailed case documentation, ensuring family goals are consistently met.
">
* Adapt to flexible scheduling based on each family's needs to maximise engagement and support outcomes.
">

Your Qualifications and Experience
">
">
* A Certificate IV in Community Services or relevant qualification.
">
* Previous experience supporting children and families with complex needs.
">
* An Australian driver's license.
">
* A First Aid Certificate with current CPR.
">
* A Working with Children Check (paid employee status).
">
* A reliable car with registration.
">
* A reliable smartphone with data.
