Overview
Program Executive - Airline IT Transformation. Sabre is an AI-native technology leader providing cloud-native travel solutions. We are seeking a Program Executive to join the global Airline IT team to lead technology engagements in APAC, guiding strategic airline customers from legacy systems to modern, AI-enabled retailing platforms and architectures.
Responsibilities
* Lead massive multi-million-dollar enterprise programs involving complex legacy migrations and multi-year workstreams.
* Manage delivery milestones with strategic judgment in environments where the product platform is maturing and evolving concurrently with the implementation.
* Act as the internal forcing function to align product, engineering, commercial and Google Cloud teams to ensure alignment between customer commitments and delivery capabilities.
* Translate technical jargon into business narratives that resonate with airline CxOs to build trust and influence enterprise-level decision making.
* Govern program outcomes by navigating constraints and identifying strategic risks across diverse cultures and time zones in a matrixed organization.
Qualifications
* Minimum 15 years of experience in senior technology leadership roles delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
* Deep understanding of airline DNA, specifically the transition from rigid PNR-based systems to modern, cloud-native Offer and Order retailing models.
* Conceptual technical fluency in API orchestration, cloud-native architectures and how data flows through AI-ML powered decision systems.
* Proven ability to build trust with and influence C-level executives, including CEOs and CxOs, by aligning technical solutions with high-level business outcomes.
* Exceptional cultural intelligence with a track record of driving win-win-win outcomes that benefit the customer transformation, Sabre platform strategy and broader product evolution.
