You must be responsible for understanding the core needs and requirements of stakeholders and the agency. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Identifying, investigating, and analysing business processes, procedures and work practices using software and spreadsheets.
- Communicating with different departments
- Analysing financial, sales and other business data
- Creating detailed reports for stakeholders and clients
- Identifying problems, solutions and business opportunities
