This is a hands-on leadership role combining program management, intake and triage, and care coordination. You will oversee day-to-day service operations, provide clinical and operational leadership to multidisciplinary teams, and support consumers through intake, assessment, and care pathways to ensure high-quality, person-centred outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of service operations across two sites - Provide robust clinical governance and quality assurance, ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks, standards, and contract requirements - Oversee and actively participate in intake, triage, risk assessment, and allocation of consumers to appropriate services - Support and coordinate consumer care pathways, including referrals and follow-up as required - Lead, mentor, and support multidisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, community partners, and funding bodies - Manage budgets, reporting, performance indicators, and service efficiency - Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement About You You are a compassionate, organised, and resilient leader with a strong clinical background and a passion for improving mental health outcomes. You bring: - Qualifications or relevant work experience in Mental Health, Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (with relevant registration such as AHPRA, AASW, PACFA, ACA, or equivalent) - Experience working in mental health preferred (leadership or management experience highly desirable) - Experience in program coordination, supervision, or operational leadership - Strong knowledge of stepped-care models, contemporary mental health practice, and evidence-based interventions - Demonstrated experience in intake, triage, risk assessment, and care coordination - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills - Ability to analyse data, report outcomes, and use insights to inform service development Head to Health is an inclusive and welcoming workplace.
