About the ROLE:

* Permanent Full-time Role
This role is responsible for translating nxzen Global marketing strategy and nxzen Australia's Go-To-Market strategy into clear, impactful marketing and communications initiatives that position nxzen as a market-leading technology and consulting partner in the energy and utilities sector.
Reporting locally to the Australian Head of Operations and operating as part of the Global Marketing team, the role plays a hands-on role in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, content, and events that support brand visibility, market engagement, and revenue growth in Australia.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
* Work closely with the AU Head of Operations, AU Head of Growth, and Global Marketing to execute global initiatives aligned to Australian Go-To-Market and revenue objectives.
* Partner with CoE Heads and subject matter experts to develop market-specific content including white papers, case studies, presentations, webinars, and social media assets.
* Translate complex projects into clear, accessible case studies and use cases for Australian Infrastructure and Utilities clients.
* Develop and implement integrated marketing plans across all media channels in collaboration with the Global Marketing team.
* Manage the creation, production, and quality of marketing and sales collateral, ensuring alignment with nxzen branding guidelines.
* Research and analyse market trends, competitors, pricing, and demographics to inform data-driven marketing strategies.
* Identify, coordinate, and manage end-to-end logistics for industry events, conferences, and field marketing activities.
* Oversee creative development of promotional materials, website content, and advertising, liaising with agencies and external vendors as required.
* Manage marketing activities within budget, ensuring cost-effective execution and optimal resource allocation.
* Analyse campaign and event performance, tracking ROI and translating insights into reports and presentations for senior leadership.
* Continuously refine marketing campaigns and strategies based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
* Partner with local leadership to deliver engaging, values-led internal communications across the Australian business.
About YOU
Essential Knowledge
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging marketing and consulting messages
* Proven experience developing and delivering end-to-end marketing strategies across digital channels
* Strong analytical, research, and reporting capability, supported by high-quality written and presentation skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, priorities, and delivery under tight timeframes with initiative and integrity
* Highly collaborative communicator with strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Desirable Attributes
* 5+ years of experience within a consulting, professional services, or B2B environment
* Exposure to the energy and/or utilities sector
* Graphic design capability (Adobe Creative Suite)
* Digital advertising optimisation experience
* Copywriting experience
