As part of our dynamic team of link builders, copywriters, and senior SEO strategists, you’ll deliver tangible results while receiving mentorship from industry-leading technical SEO experts to elevate your career.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Audits & Optimisation: Conduct technical SEO audits, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement fixes such as meta tags, internal linking, sitemap updates, redirects, canonical tags, and more.
- SEO Strategy: Support the SEO Manager in designing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies across a range of clients and industries.
- Keyword Research: Perform in-depth keyword research and intent analysis to create effective targeting strategies.
- Content Development: Write detailed, data-driven content briefs aligned with E-E-A-T principles, leveraging SEO best practices to deliver value.
- Competitor Analysis: Benchmark client performance against competitors and identify content and growth opportunities.
- Link Building: Collaborate with the link-building team to develop strategies that enhance clients’ domain authority.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, user behaviour, and conversions using tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Client Management: Present results, articulate your recommendations, and foster strong, proactive relationships with clients.
- Algorithm Updates: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search algorithm changes, ensuring strategies evolve with the landscape.

Required Experience & Skills

- You have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing SEO campaigns, preferably in an agency.
- You have a solid understanding of how SEO works, including how sites are crawled, the importance of site structure, subfolders, domains as well as what can be optimised (and how).
- Strong written language skills with the ability to brief efficiently and polish content to achieve your SEO goals.
- You are proficient in leading SEO tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Copyscape, etc.
- Ability to implement structured data and schema markup.
- Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- You’re a natural storyteller, you have the ability to digest data and turn it into tangible suggestions that can easily be understood by those without your level of expertise.
- You’re confident to share your professional opinion, you’re goal and outcomes-orientated.
- You’re a self-starter, with an innate curiosity.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, computer science or a related field is a bonus.
