A day in the life?
As a Campaign Ideas Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing creative radio campaigns to life. Acting as the bridge between our content teams and sales teams, you'll ensure ideas are executed flawlessly: delivering engaging, integrated campaigns that resonate with listeners and deliver results for clients.
Your day will include:
* Managing end-to-end implementation of client campaigns across the SCA Network.
* Collaborating with sales and content teams to transform concepts into sold campaigns.
* Driving creativity and innovation to deliver impactful client experiences on‑air and across digital platforms.
* Building strong internal relationships to ensure smooth campaign delivery and stakeholder alignment.
What You'll Need
* Strong understanding of radio content and commercial integration.
* Experience in campaign implementation and activation for client campaigns or media platforms.
* Proven ability to deliver creative and practical solutions to challenges.
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
