Established over 100 years ago, Royal Far West is a specialist child development service providing vital supports to improve the health and wellbeing of children in rural and remote areas. We have built a reputation for clinical excellence, innovation and advocacy, delivering multidisciplinary developmental, mental health and disability support services for country children up to the age of 12. We are deeply committed to ensuring every country child has access to the services they need to support their early development and enrich their lives. With over 130 clinicians and 230 staff, we deliver services from our Centre for Country Kids in Manly, through secure telehealth platforms and in community settings across four states.
Royal Far West has ambitious plans for the future. Building on our century-long experience and clinical expertise in supporting country children and families, our 2030 Strategic Plan positions us to expand our influence and impact nationally. We are ready to strengthen our services, enhance rural and remote capacity through partnerships and continue to give voice to the needs of country kids across Australia.
Royal Far West is led by an experienced Board and an established executive leadership team. We are now seeking a new CEO to lead the organisation through its next phase of evolution. * Through robust governance, risk and compliance structures, ensure all programs and services meet the highest quality and safety standards and comply with relevant legislation and accreditation requirements;
* Foster a purpose-led culture that is adaptive, innovative, people-centric and collaborative.
We are seeking a visionary CEO from within the broad health or human services setting; private, NFP or public. You will demonstrate a proven track record of driving advocacy, securing funding, managing change and building collaborative relationships with government agencies, stakeholder groups and diverse communities. You will possess strong business acumen, deep empathy for children in rural and remote communities, and the ability to align diverse resources and assets to achieve organisational objectives.
