The Role – What You'll Be Doing
Lead and deliver EPA Environmental Audit projects and comprehensive landfill assessment programs.
Manage Phase 1 & Phase 2 (PSI/DSI) contaminated land investigations across diverse site types (residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure).
Provide clients with strategic technical advice and ensure regulatory compliance and best-practice outcomes.
Work closely with clients, regulators and internal specialist teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Mentor and guide junior team members (especially at Principal level).
For Principal level: contribute to business development activities, client relationship management and planning for growth.
What You'll Bring – Your Experience & Skills
Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology or related discipline.
Proven experience in contaminated land investigations, landfill assessment and/or environmental auditing (ideally in Victoria or comparable jurisdictions).
Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks (EPA audits, contaminated sites, landfill risk exposure).
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills — able to interact confidently with clients, regulators and internal teams.
For Principal level: demonstrable track record in leading projects, managing clients, mentoring staff and contributing to business growth.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
