Senior Carpenter – Residential Renovations
(Hands-on, structured role)
We are a well-established residential renovation company specialising in high-quality bathroom and interior projects across Melbourne.
This role is not for apprentices or junior trades. We're looking for an experienced carpenter who takes pride in structure, consistency, and doing things properly on site.
About the role
* Hands-on carpentry across bathroom and interior renovations
* Setting out, framing, sheet fixing, finishes and detailing
* Working within clear systems, plans and site procedures
* Practical coordination with plumbers, tilers and other trades
* Maintaining clean, organised and professional job sites
This role suits someone who
* Has solid residential renovation experience
* Can read plans and work independently without micromanagement
* Is calm, reliable and consistent day to day
* Values quality and standards over rushing
* Is comfortable supporting apprentices when required
