Practical Engineering Experience
A dynamic apprenticeship program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience and achieve relevant qualifications while earning a competitive wage.
As an apprentice, you will develop skills by working within key business areas specific to your program and be supported by a designated mentor. A learning provider will also assist in achieving academic qualifications and specialist skills that can be transferred back into the workplace.
Throughout this 4-year program, you will learn how to conduct planned and reactive engineering activities on various automated equipment, including packaging machinery, filling lines, digital ink manufacturing systems, and stencil manufacturing in a fast-paced, highly automated environment. You will learn to safely troubleshoot, diagnose, and rectify faults on machinery and production lines, complete planned preventative maintenance procedures, and identify and rectify issues with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
This role is based in our engineering and technical department, training to be a multi-skilled engineer with an electrical bias. The program is aimed at those seeking a career in hands-on engineering and is ideal for individuals who prefer a practical learning experience.

Applicants should have achieved or be predicted to achieve five National 5s at Grade C and above, including English, Maths, and a Science-based subject.
