The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving defined sales targets and contributing to the performance of our brands for Fleet Managed Organizations (FMO) and Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs).


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop sales channels for sustained volume and growth with FMO managed business and novated lease offerings across both our brands.
* Implement pricing actions relating to target customer groups that are aligned to meet our objectives by volume, model line, budget and Cost of Revenue (CoR).
* Develop, implement and manage sales plans and achieve sales within the SME sector.

You will drive the development of vehicle sales forecasts and marketing plans as well as reporting results, tracking progress against targets, and driving continuous improvements in sales processes and customer engagement.


What You Should Bring Along:

* A tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline.
* Demonstrated experience in the automotive sector or a dealer network environment.
* Proven track record in a business-to-business sales environment, including exposure to fleet management or finance industries.
* Strong relationship management experience with the ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders and present strategic recommendations.
* The ability to develop, present and manage complex business pricing structures and tender responses.
* Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable creating and delivering persuasive sales materials.
