Building Associate | Clerk of Works
At ELITE SURFACE PROTECTION, we are looking for a skilled Building Associate | Clerk of Works to work on a full-time basis (38-40 hours per week).
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Conduct regular inspections to monitor compliance with protective measures and construction quality.
· Verify that materials and workmanship meet project specifications and relevant standards.
· Maintain accurate records of inspections, site observations, and communications with contractors.
· Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies related to site protection and quality.
· Liaise with contractors and site personnel to address and resolve issues affecting construction quality or protection.
· Report inspection findings and progress updates to clients or project managers.
· Provide guidance on best practices for protection and quality control throughout the construction process.
Requirements
· Relevant qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification
· At least 1 year of experience
· Good time management skills and able to work under pressure.
Position: Full Time
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
