What You Will Do
This role plays a key part in creating and maintaining excellent customer relationships with both external and internal customers. Your responsibilities will include:
• Building and developing customer relationships through exceptional customer service
• Completing relevant documentation including invoices and payment accurately
• Working closely with the Workshop to ensure availability of parts
• Loading and unloading parts, binning them to the correct location
• Picking and delivering parts to customers and workshop
• Monitoring stock, spare parts and inventory
Who We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a parts/warehouse position within the automotive industry. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to drive positive business outcomes through relationship management initiatives.
