Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Tiler to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
This hands‐on role involves preparing surfaces, setting out tiling layouts, cutting and laying tiles, waterproofing, grouting, and delivering high-quality finishes across residential and commercial projects.
You will work closely with site supervisors, builders, and other trades to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
* Prepare surfaces and work areas for tiling installation
* Measure, cut, and lay wall and floor tiles accurately
* Apply adhesives, grout, and finishing materials
* Carry out waterproofing and surface preparation as required
* Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
* Maintain clean and safe work areas on site
* Coordinate effectively with builders, supervisors, and trades
* Deliver high‐quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in residential and/or commercial tiling
* Strong practical skills in wall and floor tiling
* Ability to read and follow construction plans and drawings
* Knowledge of waterproofing systems, adhesives, substrates, and grouts
* Experience with a range of tile materials and finishes
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or within a team
* Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
* Trade qualification in tiling or equivalent industry experience preferred
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport
