Your new role
Working within an established PMO, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering change activities across a broad organisational uplift program. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, support program delivery teams, and drive fit‑for‑purpose change approaches across a multi‑year pipeline.
This role suits a strong Change Lead or Change Manager who has previously operated with some level of leadership or senior accountability, and who thrives in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.
Develop and deliver change strategies, plans and communications to support program objectives
Work closely with delivery leads, SMEs and stakeholders to ensure adoption and readiness
Support capability uplift and engagement initiatives across impacted groups
Facilitate workshops, briefings and change discussions across diverse audiences
Monitor change impacts and risk areas, providing insights to program leadership
Contribute to continuous improvement of change frameworks and practices
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated experience delivering change for large or complex programs
Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement capability
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with program teams
Exposure to leading or guiding others within a change context (formal reporting lines not required)
A practical, people‑centred approach and strong relationship‑building skills
Comfort operating in a dynamic, evolving environment
