What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to promote our programs
- Manage and grow our presence on key social media platforms
- Create and distribute content aligned with our brand voice and values
- Generate leads through organic and paid strategies (training provided)
- Track and optimise campaign performance
- Attend weekly development sessions via Zoom
- Share stories and insights that connect with a purpose-led audience
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media
- Strong writing, branding, and content creation skills
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools
- Passion for personal development and conscious messaging
- Self-directed, goal-oriented, and aligned with value-based leadership
- Experience working independently with a strong sense of accountability
