Main Responsibilities:
 * Handle customer enquiries and flexible payment plan applications.
 * Conduct phone calls to manage arrears accounts and resolve them promptly.
 * Prepare customer communications and maintain reporting registers.
 * Foster a customer-centric team culture.
 * Resolve customer disputes and complaints.
Required Experience:
 * 5+ years of experience in mortgage and/or auto collections.
 * Demonstrated experience in late-stage collections and litigation handling.
