Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business success.

This role involves being the first point of contact for customers, providing tailored solutions and support to meet their needs.


Responsibilities:

* Identify and recommend suitable products and services to customers.
* Deliver Smarter Banking options to make banking simple, easy, and secure.


Key Qualifications:

* A passion for delivering quality experiences and exceeding customer expectations.
* A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Customer-centric thinking and a commitment to inclusion and diversity.


Working Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00am – 4:15pm and Thursday 9:00am – 5:15pm. Covering Taree, Port Macquarie, and Gloucester requires a license and transportation.
