COOLOOLA FOODSERVICE, GYMPIE - Administration/Accounts Assistant

About the role:
You will be required to work as part of a team, growing our Sales & Customers base as well as assisting with the Accounts role.
You will be experienced in Administration & Accounts and will need to quickly acquire an in-depth knowledge of the products we provide.
About you:
* You will be hard-working, committed and passionate with a can-do attitude
* Have excellent customer service skills, in person and on the phone, with prior experience in a Sales or Admin role
* Advanced computer skills, accurate data entry, knowledge of Xero accounting software desirable; cash-handling skills
* Good organisation and time management skills.
* The ability to multitask and excellent attention to detail, to ensure our customers get what they need, when they need it.
* Clear communication with strong interpersonal skills – the ability to create and build rapport with people from all demographic/levels.
* Able to work autonomously but also as a part of a larger team
* Willingness to upsell to customers and take a proactive role in achieving sales
* Casual position 2-3 days per week, hours/days subject to change; able to flex up to more hours if other team members are on leave
* Must be available for early morning starts and some Saturday morning shifts
* Immediate start; Award wages.
* Current Driver's license with a clean driving record (5 years)
* Current National Police check With clean record
