On Track Recruitment Solutions is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and grow our recruitment team. We're a WA‐owned labour hire business working across civil, rail and mining sectors, supporting a growing portfolio of major WA clients. As the business continues to grow, we're looking for a strong recruitment leader to help build the next stage of our recruitment function and play a key leadership role in the business. This is a genuine leadership opportunity for someone who understands labour hire, knows how to lead recruiters, and can bring structure, momentum and accountability into a recruitment team while helping shape the future direction of the business.

About the Role

You'll report directly to the General Manager and take ownership of recruitment delivery across the business. You'll lead the recruitment team, manage the open jobs board, drive recruiter performance, improve systems and processes, and help grow the team as the business scales. This role suits someone who is hands‐on enough to understand the detail, but experienced enough to lead the team, set standards, improve performance and build a high‐performing recruitment operation.

Responsibilities
* Leading, managing and growing a team of recruiters.
* Taking ownership of the open jobs board and overall recruitment delivery.
* Running daily recruitment huddles and keeping the team focused on priority roles and client outcomes.
* Setting and improving SOPs, KPIs and recruitment processes.
* Driving recruiter activity, output and accountability.
* Tracking fill rates, time‐to‐fill, unfilled roles and job ageing.
* Coaching and developing recruiters so the team continues to improve.
* Improving the use of recruitment systems, candidate pools and job workflows.
* Working closely with the GM and sales/client‐facing team to align recruitment priorities.
* Maintaining strong client relationships and supporting service delivery standards.
* Identifying, hiring and developing high‐performing recruiters as the business scales.
Qualifications

We're looking for someone with real WA blue‐collar recruitment experience who understands the pace and pressure of labour hire.

Required Skills
* 7+ years' recruitment experience, ideally in WA blue‐collar labour hire.
* Experience across civil, rail, mechanical, mining, trades or similar sectors.
* Experience managing a team of recruiters.
* Strong understanding of temp desk urgency, including same‐day fills, short‐notice roles, no‐shows, replacements and client expectations.
* Experience setting KPIs, managing job boards and improving recruiter performance.
* The ability to coach, manage and hold people accountable while maintaining a positive team culture.
* Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients, recruiters and senior management.
* High energy, strong drive and a solutions‐focused attitude.
* The ability to bring structure, momentum and consistency into a fast‐moving recruitment environment.
* A network, or clear understanding of how to attract strong recruiters as the team grows.
Preferred Skills

This could suit an experienced Recruitment Manager, Branch Manager, Recruitment Team Leader or Recruitment Delivery Manager from a blue‐collar labour hire background. You may be working in a larger recruitment or labour hire business and looking for the opportunity to have more impact, build and shape your own team, influence how recruitment operates and play a bigger role in a growing WA business. This would also suit someone looking for a long‐term leadership position who wants to build a high‐performing recruitment operation, develop a strong internal team, improve delivery standards and play a key leadership role in scaling the business over the next several years.

Pay range and compensation package
* Strong above‐market salary package.
* $160k-$180k base + super + performance bonus.
