HR Coordinator About this opportunity As the People Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the People Experience Pillar by delivering a consistent and engaging employee experience across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
This generalist role requires someone with a strong foundation in HR practices and the ability to work proactively across a broad range of responsibilities, from onboarding and compliance to employee engagement.
Based in our Port Macquarie or Coffs Harbour offices and supporting our Mid North Coast office, youll join a collaborative and values-driven team where your HR expertise will make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day HR operations - onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HRIS data, and compliance.
Partner with leaders to provide practical advice on employee relations, performance, and development.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives that make Dovida a great place to work.
Manage workers compensation and return-to-work processes.
Identify opportunities to improve our people systems, processes, and employee experience.
About you Formal qualifications in Human Resources HR generalist experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolutions skills Always provide a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders Strong and accurate computer and data entry skills ABOUT US Dovida is a national provider of high-quality, person-centered home care.
