Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated commission-based Sales Consultant to join our team.

About the Role
This role is responsible for generating and converting sales opportunities for kitchen and bathroom renovation projects. The Sales Consultant will meet with clients, understand their renovation needs, present tailored solutions, and manage the sales process through to signed contracts. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, suited to a motivated, self-driven sales professional.

Key Responsibilities
* Meet with residential clients to discuss kitchen and bathroom renovation requirements
* Prepare and present renovation solutions and proposals
* Use or interpret CAD drawings and layouts (where applicable)
* Follow up enquiries and close sales
* Build strong client relationships and referral networks
* Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and conversions
* Represent Tradepro Installations professionally at all times

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in sales, ideally within renovations, construction, kitchens, bathrooms
* Experience with CAD software (advantageous but not essential)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
* Ability to manage your own time and sales pipeline
* Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
* Reliable transport and willingness to attend client meetings
