Role Description
As a full‐time Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expanding the company's customer base. The role is located on‐site in the Greater Melbourne Area. You will identify market opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, develop tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts to secure business partnerships. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing and production teams to align client needs with AustruckX's product offerings, while achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
* Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain lasting business relationships.
* Business development and strategic planning experience to identify growth opportunities and create actionable plans.
* Market analysis and research expertise to assess and target industry trends effectively.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey product value and address client needs professionally.
* Proficiency with CRM tools and systems for tracking customer interactions and sales pipelines is highly advantageous.
* Ability to manage multiple clients and projects while meeting deadlines and performance targets.
* Experience in the transport, manufacturing, or commercial vehicle industry is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
