Role Overview
The successful candidate will lead the development of a new, innovative care model for adult survivors of child sexual assault. This role will involve close collaboration with NGOs, consumer networks, and community health providers to ensure effective program implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee program leadership, strategic management, governance, business planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and coordination.
* Work in partnership with the Clinical Coordinator to ensure local implementation of this integrated program.
* Recruit, coach, mentor, and performance develop staff, as well as manage delegated financial responsibilities.
* Provide advanced leadership and high-quality project management to achieve program objectives.
Job Requirements
* Strong leadership and project management skills.
* Ability to build strong partnerships with NGOs, consumer networks, and community health providers.
* Experience in program management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
* Sound knowledge of mental health support services.
