TotalFusion Lions Springfield is seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeping Supervisor to support our Housekeeping Manager in maintaining our premium wellness space to the highest standards. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who takes pride in presentation, has an eye for detail, and is comfortable leading by example.

Availability
•Weekdays: 3 evenings per week, 5pm–10pm
•Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 10am–6pm
Key Responsibilities
•Supervise the housekeeping team during assigned shifts
•Maintain cleanliness across the gym, recovery, and wellness areas
•Ensure public and back-of-house areas are immaculate and presentation-ready
•Manage cleaning stock and equipment
•Perform cleaning duties as needed to support the team
•Ensure compliance with WHS and facility standards
•Liaise with the Housekeeping Manager on issues or improvement areas
About You
•Previous experience in housekeeping, commercial cleaning, or hospitality
•Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
•High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining top-tier cleanliness
•Confident communicator with strong initiative and time management
•Willingness to work evenings and weekends
•Sound understanding of health and safety practices in high-use environments
