Senior Marketing Manager – CRM & Marketing Automation

This role is perfect for a commercially minded marketer who understands the nuances of customer lifecycle, automation and retention and is excited to lead transformation in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
The Opportunity
- Lead the CRM and retention strategy across the customer lifecycle – shifting focus from acquisition to long-term value and loyalty.
- Build and optimise automated journeys and personalisation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Drive retention, upsell and cross-sell initiatives and improve customer engagement through smarter segmentation and targeted communications.
- Partner with CX (70+ seat sales & service team) and digital product (web/app) to create seamless, end-to-end customer experiences.
- Lead a small but growing CRM team, supported by in-house creative, content and performance marketing specialists.
About You
- 7+ years’ experience in marketing with a strong focus on CRM, automation and lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar enterprise platforms).
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, data-driven marketing and retention KPIs.
- Experience in eCommerce or other loyalty-driven industries is highly regarded.
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to simplify complexity, influence at senior level and bring teams along the journey.
- Organised, collaborative and commercially minded – equally comfortable shaping strategy and rolling up your sleeves.
