Job Description
Your key responsibilities:
* Prepare comprehensive project documentation, such as Solution Architecture Design (SAD), Solution Implementation Design (SID), etc.
* Provide the Solution Architecture Design (SAD) and Solution Implementation Design (SID) to the S/4HANA Solution Architect as the architectural inputs that inform and guide detailed design and build activities.
* Define and deliver scalable integration patterns for SAP S/4HANA, supporting RFC, IDoc, OData, REST and SOAP interfaces, and enabling cloud-based integration through SAP BTP and CPI.
* Specify technical connectivity requirements, including network zones, routing, ports, protocols, and firewall rules required for SAP and interfaced systems.
* Work within a project environment to deliver assigned milestones, deliverables, and outcomes on time, to specification, and in accordance with defined quality standards.
* Engage and collaborate with the project team and key stakeholders to understand business requirements, process challenges, and system needs, and provide clear and timely communication on architectural solutions.
* Ensure that all solution designs comply with industry best practices/standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance policies.
* Update Conceptual Architecture Design document.
The Successful Applicant
Role Fit
* Experience designing enterprise technical architectures across cloud models (HEC, RISE), together with implementation experience across integration patterns, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP CPI, and i.Pharmacy, including related third-party or interfaced applications. 10+ years of progressive experience across enterprise and technical architecture, systems design, integration, and business/IT alignment.
* Broad, demonstrable capability spanning multiple architecture domains, including applications, data, infrastructure, security, and integration.
* Proven experience producing Solution Architecture Designs (SADs), Solution Implementation Designs (SIDs), with reference to enterprise policy and standards.
* Demonstrated capability defining an integration architecture and patterns, including RFC, IDoc, OData/REST APIs, SAP CPI/BTP services, interface security (certificates, tokens, encryption, trust stores), and secure connectivity patterns for internal and external systems.
* Experience defining network and connectivity requirements, including zones, routing, DMZ patterns, ports, protocols, and firewall rules, and working with infrastructure teams to validate secure connectivity, throughput, latency, and resilience for SAP platforms and integrated external systems.
