OverviewNext Gen's Finance Team is centrally located in Adelaide and we're looking for an Accounts Payable Officer.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be a pivotal team member in assisting the business with its administrative and reporting requirements.About the RoleKey areas of responsibility:Preparation of supplier payments & expense claimsReconcile AP ledgers, such as supplier statements, GRNI, and clearing accountsSystems maintenance to ensure accuracy of records and database integrityFinancial administrative and general clerical support duties as requiredAbout YouThe successful applicant will:Display a high level of data entry speed and accuracyPride themselves on their attention to detail and accuracy to continue accurate record managementPossess a minimum level of Certificate IV in Account, Finance or related field2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, including supervisory experienceBe proficient in business related mathematical principles and practicesHave a sound level of computer literacy, at the core of which will be a competent knowledge of accounting software packages and the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Outlook, Word and ExcelHave the ability to prioritise tasks in order to meet required deadlinesPossess a positive attitude with a team-orientated ethosIf this sounds like you, then we want you to apply today
