Job Description:
This challenging role requires you to identify key value drivers, challenge assumptions about future performance, search for and advise on hidden value, and work with other service teams to deliver an integrated approach to clients before, during, and after transactions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in due diligence engagements related to acquisitions or disposals by private equity investors or corporate buyers, analyzing financial results and identifying issues that impact purchase price and deal structuring.
* Manage information flows and stakeholders, writing up findings and recommendations to ensure clear communication and effective decision-making.
* Identify business development opportunities, assist Partners and Directors on proposals and new business, and demonstrate knowledge of client business.
In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively with senior stakeholders on multiple engagements, showcasing strong project management and client relationship skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you will need to hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics, and be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or an international equivalent.
* Demonstrate a strong work ethic, adaptability, and ability to learn in a collaborative team environment, with experience in a Transaction Diligence role within a consulting environment.
* Capable of working independently and with senior stakeholders on multiple engagements, showcasing strong project management and client relationship skills.
