We are seeking a skilled Workforce Planning Manager to join their team and help drive cost-effective allocation and management of resources to deliver operational requirements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead a team responsible for providing a system-driven labor hire allocation process
- Ensure the most appropriately skilled and qualified employee is allocated to clients and participants across various services such as day services, employment supports, community activities, in-home, and accommodation support
- Be responsible for rostering and associated activities for Disability Services
- Conduct forecasting staffing requirements to allow for planning up to six weeks in advance and publishing rosters fortnightly
Success Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of the Social Community Home Care and Disability Services (SCHADS) Industry Award
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the NDIS
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to engage with stakeholders, including client families and external services
- Strong organizational skills, business planning and performance reporting, and the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize competing priorities
