Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. The Payroll Officer will work closely with the HR department to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities: Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time Maintain accurate records of employee hours, wages, and deductions Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management Collaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee data Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations Qualifications: 5 years of experience in payroll processing Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Knowledge of Employment Hero payroll and HR Knowledge or familiarity with rostering systems
