Luxury Golf & Scenic Tours Tasmania and Tassie Tours & Transfers are expanding our Hobart operation, and we are looking for the right person to join our growing team in Southern Tasmania.
This is a part-time / flexible role to begin with, with hours increasing as our Hobart operation continues to grow. The role would suit someone who is flexible, reliable and interested in becoming part of the business long-term as demand builds across Southern Tasmania.
This is not just a driving role.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, understands great service, loves Tasmania, and takes pride in delivering memorable guest experiences. Our guests include golf groups, private clients, corporate travellers, travel partners and visitors looking for premium touring and transfer experiences across Tasmania.
The right person will be:
* A careful, professional and confident driver
* Great with people and comfortable hosting premium guests
* Passionate about golf, tourism and showcasing Tasmania
* Knowledgeable about Hobart and Southern Tasmania
* Calm, reliable, well-presented and service-focused
* Comfortable driving premium vehicles
* Confident backing a trailer
* Able to work with golf groups, private clients, corporate guests and travel partners
The role may suit a semi-retired professional, golf enthusiast, experienced tourism operator, driver/guide, or someone already connected to the Hobart golf or tourism industry.
A minimum Light Rigid licence is required, along with a PPV — Public Passenger Vehicle licence, or a willingness to obtain the required accreditation.
With Hobart continuing to grow as a golf and tourism destination, including the exciting future of 7 Mile Beach Golf Course, this is a great opportunity for the right person to join a locally owned Tasmanian business that is building something special.
