Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
•Supporting budgets, reporting and statistical data
•Maintaining Water & Waste data, systems and asset records
•Assisting with procurement, expenditure tracking and invoicing
•Coordinating meetings, minutes, timesheets and leave calendars
•Processing water and wastewater applications and billing support
•Liaising with field staff to support timely service delivery
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will possess the following:
•Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
•Attention to detail with accurate documentation and system updates.
•Ability to analyse information and solve problems
•Must be local to Moranbah
