About the Role
We are seeking a permanent full-time Pharmacist to join our team at Slade Pharmacy, located in Buderim Private Hospital, Sunshine Coast QLD. The pharmacy team provides a wide range of products and services to inpatients of the Buderim Private Hospital, including clinical review, comprehensive discharge and counselling, and procurement of special access scheme medications.
Responsibilities
* Conducting medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation
* Dispensing and supplying medication and pharmacy products
* Coordinating patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions and discharge
* Developing and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients
* Supporting patients, carers, hospital staff and associated employees
* Educating and advising staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the quality use of medicines
Shift information
* Full-time Tuesday - Saturday roster
* Saturday: 08:00 am – 01:00 pm
About You

Essential requirements
* Current AHPRA registered pharmacist with previous experience in an Australian based pharmacy
* Australian working rights
