**The role**:
Be a driving force behind our Council's voice. Your expertise will ensure our communications cut through and make an impact.
**About you**:
We're looking for a talented Communications specialist with:
- Proven track record in fast-paced government or corporate communications
- Natural networking abilities and media relationship management skills
- Sharp problem-solving instincts and a keen eye for detail
- Expertise in creating engaging content across multiple platforms - from punchy media statements to captivating speeches and social media campaigns
- Digital fluency across Microsoft 365, web platforms, and graphic design tools
