At our Wangaratta Betterdrive site, Mawsons' skilled concrete specialists use premium materials to produce a wide range of high-quality, durable, and long-lasting concrete posts.
Overview
We seek a person with outstanding people skills, who is highly organised and has the ability to motivate and achieve, in this diverse full time role.
You will report to the Regional Manager and direct all aspects of Betterdrive site operations, including the setup and production of precast concrete products.
Critical to this role is the sales aspect and responsibility for fostering strong customer relationships and ongoing account management to enhance sales and production outputs.
Responsibilities
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Preparation of moulds and pouring of precast concrete posts
Forklift and delivery truck operations
Qualifications / Criteria
Developing and maintaining successful business relationships with customers
Excellent computer, administration and reporting skills
Professional maturity and strong customer service skills
A positive attitude, good work ethic and the ability to work in a team environment
Total commitment to work safety, quality and compliance
Current Heavy Rigid Licence an advantage
Concreting knowledge/experience and truck driving experience an advantage
