The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Operator Allrounder to join our Surface Mining team at our owner-operated St Ives Gold Mine.
This role can be offered residentially based in Kalgoorlie or Kambalda, or FIFO from Perth working on a 4 days on, 4 nights on, 6 days off roster. A daily bus service is provided to and from site.

About the role
As a Operator Allrounder, you will:
9. Task Preparedness: Be ready for duties assigned by the Supervisor
10. Safety & Environment: Follow safety protocols and manage environmental spills
11. Teamwork: Collaborate to meet production goals
12. Equipment Care: Operate machinery responsibly and support maintenance
13. Training & Mentoring: Help develop skills of fellow operators
About you
To thrive in this role, you will:
14. Have previous experience in Surface Mining operating Graders, Haul trucks, Dozers and Excavators
15. Bring strong safety performance and standard of work.
16. Hold a valid HR Driver's License
