An exciting opportunity exists to join a high-growth business in Australia. We are looking for an energetic IT Support Specialist to fill the role of Helpdesk Support Officer.
About You
You will become a valuable member of our IT team and provide Level 1 technical support working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing Level 1 technical support for IT systems and ERP modules.
* Supporting onsite and remote Customers through multiple channels.
* Logging, escalation, tracking and timely resolution of issues.
* Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and networks.
* Providing After-hours support on a rotating roster.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills, with excellent phone manner and high attention to detail. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Technical Skills:
* Microsoft Windows Server Environment including Azure and Active Directory.
* Supporting desktops, laptop, printer and mobile fleet.
* Office 365 Suite and Microsoft Teams.
* Experience with LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi networks and VOIP systems.
* ITIL Foundation.
Preferred Technical Skills:
* Jira ServiceDesk.
* Exposure to ERP platforms and SQL Query Experience.
* Mobile Device Management.
Education:
TAFE diploma or University degree equivalent.
