Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
* Manage client enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups
* Assist customers with product selections and design solutions
* Build strong relationships with clients, supplier and team members
* Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
About You
* Proven experience in administration, office support, or customer service
* Exceptional phone manner and communication skills
* Confident, professional, and well-presented
* Positive attitude with a strong "get the job done" mindset
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable working in a busy, growing environment
* Experience in sales, design, interiors, or showroom environments (highly regarded but not essential)
