Leading Hospitality Team Member

The role of the Assistant Venue Manager is a key position in the success of our restaurant. As a leader, you will drive a high-performing team culture, ensuring excellence across service, safety, and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Venue Manager in all facets of daily operations, leading, mentoring, and training team members to deliver a consistent and high-standard customer experience. Additionally, you will monitor and manage inventory, ordering, and stock control, ensure compliance with food safety, OH&S, and regulatory standards, implement local marketing initiatives, and handle escalated customer feedback professionally.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality or QSR, proven leadership capabilities, a strong understanding of hospitality operations, and exceptional communication and multitasking skills.
