BLACKROC is partnering with a large, nationally significant organisation to recruit an experienced
Program Finance Analyst
to support the delivery of mission-critical technology programs.
This role sits within a centralised Technology Delivery Portfolio function and is focused on strengthening financial governance, reporting, and controls across a complex portfolio of programs and projects.
Role Purpose
You will support the implementation and ongoing management of PMO financial models, reporting frameworks, and financial controls while providing hands-on support to senior Program and Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Portfolio-level financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Month-end accounting processes and executive-level reporting
* CAPEX and OPEX budget management
* SAP financial activities including WBS maintenance and forecast uploads
* Vendor contract financial oversight
* Financial modelling for business cases and change initiatives
Skills & Experience
* 4–5+ years' experience in a finance analyst role within a project or program delivery environment
* Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience across large programs
* SAP, Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Project experience
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance are mandatory.
