Role Overview
As a Consultant at Kaliba, you will drive new business growth within the higher education sector for a world‑class learning technology platform. The role is remote, based on the east coast of Australia, with a travel requirement of 20% across ANZ.
Responsibilities
- Lead new business development across the higher education market in Australia and New Zealand.
- Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to close, focusing on new logo acquisition.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and guide institutions through the buying process.
- Develop compelling business cases that showcase the value of a cutting‑edge SaaS platform.
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver tender and RFP responses.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in SaaS or technology sales, ideally within higher education or edtech.
- Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles and negotiating enterprise‑level contracts.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with senior decision‑makers.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and comfort managing a pipeline of 50+ active opportunities.
- Self‑starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
