National Dental Care is seeking a dynamic and highly-organised Dental Receptionist to assist the team in our modern Palmerston practice. This role is a Full-Time opportunity, for someone who is flexible working late nights and weekends when required.

About the Role
As a Dental Receptionist in our thriving dental practice, you'll play a key role in clinical treatment. You'll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.
Skills & Experience
You have:
* Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist- required
* D4W Software experience- preferred
* Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
You are:
* Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
* An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
* Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
* Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
