Product AnalystWe are hiring for a Product Analyst.
Objectives
1. Understand and evaluate customer value proposition to prioritise product and service improvements and drive innovation and change.
2. Use data and data tools to monitor, analyse and evaluate market trends, customer usage behaviours, and research to help inform the vision of products and service offerings provided by the Reserve Bank of Australia.
3. Consult and engage with diverse stakeholders to ensure that change deliverables that support product and service improvements are correctly scoped, prioritised and planned based on value add to customers, business and operational requirements, and industry and organisational strategic objectives.
4. Engage with relevant delivery, technology and operational teams to plan timely delivery of change initiatives.
5. Track, document and report on the production, readiness, and implementation of change initiatives to provide assurance to internal and external stakeholders.
6. Develop, prepare and deliver presentations andmunications to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure information is provided in a timely and relevant manner and clearlymunicating the intended messages.
7. Contribute to the planning, development, implementation and review of designs, roadmaps, rmendations, guidelines, standards, policies, procedures, manuals and operations to uplift the Bank's products and service offerings.
Technical Capabilities
8. Builds knowledge of best practice design thinking and research to support product roadmap building.
9. Assists with consultations in all phases of product design.
10. Demonstrates interpersonal andmunication skills with developing skills to influence stakeholders. Some guidance required to understandplex technical information.
11. Demonstrated ability in critical thinking, research and analytical skills to undertake ongoing analysis.
12. Ability to use a variety of data tools to analyse products
13. Strong writtenmunication skills with guidance and input from management on structure. Demonstrates clarity in thought, progression of logic and synthesis of research material.
14. Demonstrates curiosity to learn from wide range of disciplines ( scientific, project management, production and manufacturing, marketing, aesthetics, design and data etc.) to provide input on product design.
15. Actively assists with problem solving with others to troubleshoot problems as they arise. Escalates problems as required.
16. Demonstrated experience taking responsibility and accountability for key deliverables assigned.
17. Provides input into product planning practices and approach to create product/project plans and funding requests.
18. Undertakes analysis to build understanding of varied subject matters (including security, manufacturing, aesthetics/UX design, IT) and customer value proposition of product or service offering.
