THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for someone to join our Engineering & Operations practice, supporting a diverse range of businesses nationally. You'll be working across the full recruitment lifecycle – learning how to partner with clients, engage talent, and deliver outcomes in a way that reflects how we operate.
This is a hands‐on role in a high‐performance environment, where you'll be trusted, supported, and challenged to grow from day one.
Working closely with the founders of the business, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing end‐to‐end recruitment processes across Engineering & Operations markets
* Sourcing, engaging and assessing candidates at mid to junior levels
* Conducting structured interviews and candidate qualification conversations
* Building genuine, long‐term relationships with both candidates and clients
* Supporting delivery across multiple active roles simultaneously
* Market mapping and proactively building talent pipelines
* Assisting with business development and client engagement activities
* Maintaining accurate systems, records and processes
