You will be responsible for managing the club's financial performance, developing and implementing strategies to stay ahead of industry trends, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the sales, customer service, reception, and retail teams to achieve KPIs and provide exceptional service to members.
* Financial Acumen: Manage the club's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and regular financial reporting. Ensure the club operates within budget and meets revenue targets.
* Forward Thinking: Stay ahead of industry trends and anticipate changes in the fitness and wellness market. Develop and implement strategies to keep our gym competitive and attractive to members.
* Problem Solving: Address challenges and issues as they arise, making quick and effective decisions to ensure smooth gym operation.
* Member Satisfaction: Ensure high member satisfaction by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, and delivering exceptional customer service.
