About the Role:
* Schedule appointments with Design Consultants to confirm customer bookings
* Achieve accurate data entry across internal systems/CRM for confirmed appointments
----------------------------------- Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate decision-maker details including site address, timing, and appointment expectations to improve sit rates through diligence and proactive follow-up
2. Maintain strong phone presence & communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders whilst being highly organised in your approach towards fast scheduling & attention to detail. Use high emotional intelligence while managing priorities under pressure.
Requirements: We are looking for a professional who is able to hit activity KPIs such as minimum of 250 outbound calls per week.
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator comfortable working in a KPI-driven role with resilience required due to occasional challenging situations during the day. Experience using CRM software or ability learn new tech quickly would be an advantage. A supportive role may offer travel opportunities when scaling nationally.Skills: Good time management skills; Scheduling experience highly beneficial but not essential
