We are currently seeking a Precision Farming Manager to lead our RDO precision ag team with the support of both our customers and dealership staff. **What You'll Be Doing**
- As a Precision Farming Manager, you will be:_
- Leading, managing and coordinating the execution of the company Precision Ag strategy through a team of Precision Farming Specialists
- Implementing customer and dealership staff training and support strategies on John Deere Precision Ag solutions
- Working with RDO's key account customers to identify Precision Ag solutions applicable to their agribusiness and manage the dealership delivery of these
- Manage relationships with supply chain partners and collaborative strategies with aligned Precision Ag solutions
- Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
- Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
**What We're Looking For**
- Agronomy, Agribusiness, Crop Production or Ag Mechanisation
- People management, for developing and supporting a team to excel
- Practical experience in & basic knowledge of crop production and agronomy
- Practical experience in &/or understanding of agricultural mechanisation advantageous
- Solid organisational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel to store locations and customers
