About the Role
The Patient Services Administration Officer is responsible for providing high-quality administrative support within the Patient Services Department, including:
- Assisting with medical records and managing internal and external communications
- Assisting with switchboard operations, registering inpatients, outpatients, and day patients (elective and emergency cases)
- Monitoring alarms, emergency procedures, and operating paging and public address systems to ensure smooth hospital operations
- Contributing to the seamless delivery of care through efficient administrative processes
About You
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of a clerical/administrative support service, including maintenance of records and systems
- Demonstrated experience in office procedures and office equipment (e.g., photocopier, printers, fax)
- Demonstrated experience in the use of computer-based resources (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, Excel, data entry)
